Review & update policy

A page being online does not mean every changing fact was checked today. Review dates are intended to make that distinction visible.

Trust Center reviewed: 2026-08-09

Risk-based review, not fake freshness

We do not promise a universal daily, weekly or monthly refresh schedule. Pages with changing fees, exchange access, promotions or security-sensitive instructions deserve more frequent checking than stable educational explainers.

What can trigger a re-review

Triggers include a provider announcement, fee or product change, broken evidence link, reader correction, regulatory change, material dataset change, or an internal audit finding.

Published, modified and reviewed are different

The original publication date describes when content first appeared. A modified date should represent a substantive content change. A review date describes when selected claims or evidence were checked. These dates should not be changed just to create a freshness signal.

What a review does not guarantee

A review is a snapshot. It cannot guarantee that every jurisdiction, payment rail, account tier or personalized quote remains unchanged after the review.
