Corrections policy

If a factual claim is wrong or materially stale, we want a concrete report and a traceable fix — not silent confidence.

Trust Center reviewed: 2026-08-09

How to report a correction

Email [email protected] with the page URL, the claim you believe is wrong, and — if available — the current primary source. Do not send passwords, seed phrases, identity documents or private account data.

How we triage reports

We prioritize issues that could change a buying, fee, eligibility, custody or security decision. Spelling or style issues can be fixed separately from factual corrections.

What a correction changes

When a material claim is corrected, the affected page or dataset should be updated and its review information should reflect the substantive review. We do not change dates merely to make old content appear fresh.

What we cannot guarantee

We cannot promise a fixed response or correction time. Provider terms can change faster than a static page; if the provider currently shows a different fee, eligibility rule or product term, use the provider’s current information while the discrepancy is reviewed.
