Affiliate policy

Commercial relationships are real and should be visible before they can influence how much weight a reader gives a recommendation.

Disclosure near the decision

When an outbound exchange route can generate commission, the commercial nature of the link is disclosed near the CTA where practical. We also use sponsored link attributes where appropriate. A separate disclosure page is not a substitute for proximity.

What affiliate relationships do not decide

A commission does not establish regional eligibility, total cost, safety, or universal suitability. We do not sell a positive ranking placement. Maintained pages should continue to show trade-offs and verification steps even when a commercial relationship exists.

Referral benefits can change

A referral route can display a fee benefit, signup incentive or no benefit at all depending on account, campaign, region and time. We avoid treating a benefit as guaranteed and ask readers to confirm what the provider actually displays before account creation.

Reader cost and provider terms

We do not add a separate charge for using an affiliate link. The provider controls eligibility, final pricing, account terms and any referral benefit.
