FOMO is the emotional urge to jump in after prices have already pumped, driven by headlines and social media. It's how beginners end up buying tops.
The antidote is a plan made in advance — a fixed DCA schedule, a budget you can afford to lose — so a green candle can't rewrite your strategy. If the only reason to buy is that price went up, that's FOMO talking.
