Crypto scams almost always share the same warning signs. The biggest one is a promise of guaranteed or doubled returns — no honest investment can promise that. Be just as wary of urgency ("act now or miss out") and anyone pressuring you to deposit quickly.
Other red flags: someone asking for your seed phrase or private keys (never share them with anyone), "support staff" who message you first, giveaways that ask you to send coins to "verify", and apps or links sent in DMs. When in doubt, slow down — real opportunities don't vanish in five minutes.
The simplest defence: only use reputable exchanges, never share your recovery phrase, and assume anything promising free money is a scam.
